Cord Apparel is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of our clients and business partners.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or business information to third parties. Access to client information is strictly limited to authorized personnel and is handled with complete confidentiality.

Information may only be disclosed when required by applicable law, court order, or lawful government request.

Non-Disclosure & Confidentiality

Cord Apparel respects intellectual property and brand confidentiality.

While we may showcase select projects in our portfolio for marketing purposes, we will never publish or promote your designs, products, or branding without permission.

If you prefer your products to remain confidential:

• Submit a written request prior to production.

• If content has already been published, we will promptly remove it upon request.

For clients requiring additional protection, a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) may be executed upon request.

Marketing & Brand Promotion Policy

Cord Apparel may promote partnerships through marketing channels, including digital platforms and trade publications.

If mutually agreed, we may feature your brand name, logo, or collaboration in promotional materials.

No promotional use of your brand will occur without your prior consent.

Payment Terms

All production orders require payment confirmation before manufacturing begins.

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit Cards

• Certified Checks

• Money Orders

• Wire Transfers

For approved wholesale clients seeking credit terms, a completed Credit Application and financial review are required.

Cord Apparel reserves the right to approve or deny credit terms at its sole discretion.

Shipping Policy

Cord Apparel arranges shipping as a convenience for our clients. We work with established carriers such as:

• DHL

• FedEx

• SkyNet Courier

• Other regionally appropriate logistics providers

Estimated delivery timelines:

• Priority International Shipping: 4–5 business days

• DHL Parcel Post (USA & Canada): Up to 2 weeks

• Alaska & Hawaii: 2–3 weeks

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or regional logistics conditions.

Once dispatched, a tracking number will be provided. After shipment release, liability transfers to the shipping carrier. Cord Apparel is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments caused by third-party logistics providers.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of payment confirmation.

After this period, production preparation begins, and cancellation requests may not be approved.

If a client fails to respond to sample approvals or communication requests within 30 days, Cord Apparel reserves the right to cancel the order without further notice.

Refund & Return Policy

Due to the custom nature of our manufacturing services:

• We do not offer refunds or returns on custom-manufactured products once shipped.

• Modifications may be made prior to bulk approval.

• Changes requested after shipment will incur additional shipping and handling charges.

All claims regarding defects or production errors must be submitted in writing within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.

Production Delays

Production timelines may be affected by:

• Fabric or raw material shortages

• Supply chain disruptions

• Machinery breakdowns

• Delayed client approvals

• Force majeure events (natural disasters, government actions, etc.)

Cord Apparel will communicate any material delays promptly and work with clients to minimize disruption.

Fabric & Specification Acknowledgment

By placing an order, clients acknowledge and approve:

• Fabric composition

• Color selection

• Sizing specifications

• Trim details

• Artwork placement

• Production quantities

Final production follows approved samples and written confirmations.

Minor industry-standard variations in color, stitching, or finishing may occur and do not constitute defects.

Acceptance of Terms

By engaging with Cord Apparel’s services, placing an order, or using our website, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these policies, you should refrain from proceeding with production.
