At Cord Apparel, we are committed to protect your privacy and personal information. We don’t sell any of your information to any one including our third parties. However, our authorized employees can access your data keeping it completely confidential from everyone. We may be required to disclose some data, if mandated by law enforcement. Non-Disclosure Policy
Cord Apparel believes in healthy competition, and we showcase our portfolio on our website. If you prefer to keep your designs confidential and we do not disclose them publicly on the website, you can send a request and they will not be uploaded. In case they are already there, we will take them off from the site.
Clothing Marketing Policy
We offer various promotional methods to grow your business that leads to increased sales for you and more production opportunities for us. We will share your brand’s name and contact details on our promotional activities.
Payment Terms
We accept all types of payment options. You can pay us through credit cards, certified checks, and money orders. For those interested in credit terms, please complete our Credit Application.
Shipping & Return
- We use DHL, FedEx, and SkyNet Courier for international shipping. It takes 4-5 business days for your order to arrive when sent through Priority Mail. DHL parcel Post takes up to 2 weeks within USA and Canada, and 2-3 weeks for delivery to HAwaii and Alaska.
- We may also select other delivery options if it’s best for your location.
- We will provide tracking ID for your shipment, allowing you to monitor it. For any further assistance you can directly contact the shipment company and share your tracking ID to inquire about your product shipment.
- We arrange shipping as a convenience for you. Please note that while we strive to choose the best courier service for hassle free delivery, we are not responsible for any lost shipments. It’s the sole responsibility of the shipment company.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 2 days of payment. After 2 days we won’t be able to proceed with any cancellation requests and complete the production process. If you do not respond to any sample communications within 30 days, we will proceed with the cancellation of your order without any prior notice.
Refund Policy
We do not accept any refunds or return for custom items once the order is dispatched. We can make changes to your apparel, as long as the sample has not been approved for the bulk order. If modifications are required after shipment of your order, additional shipping charges will be applied for returning and again shipping the item.
Fabric Specifications

Production Delays
Our production time may vary due to factors like unavailability of the fabric, or any major issue in our production line. A delay also might occur if we are unable to effectively communicate with you when required. Your manager at Cord Apparel, will communicate every production step to keep you in loop and always updated.
